We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Check in and, feel good: The pleasant apartments in our dorm Auf der Schmelz are very modern. Some of them even have their own balcony! The anteroom including a kitchenette as well as the bathroom (with shower, sink, mirror and storage box) is only shared with your roommate!

Annoying furniture towing is a thing of the past. Our rooms are fully furnished. You will find:

Our student home will convince you with its perfect connection to the public transport network. Besides, you can reach the Sports Institute of the University of Vienna in less than five minutes on foot. The city center and all major universities and higher education institutes are a maximum of 35 to 40 minutes away. For concert and shopping fans: You are a 13-minute walk away from the Vienna City Hall and a five-minute walk from Lugner City shopping center and its numerous shopping and leisure activities, cinema, bars and restaurants.
