We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

The friendly apartments at Dückegasse are fashionably furnished and still offer enough space for individual design. The anteroom and the bathroom (with shower, sink, mirror and storage box) are only shared with your roommate! Some apartments even have a private balcony!

A short three-minute walk will take you from the STUWO student home Dückegasse to the campus of the University of Veterinary Medicine. The city center and all major universities can be easily and quickly reached by public transport (maximum 25 to 30 minutes). Forgot your bread or milk? No problem. After all, there are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. You can shop at the Donauzentrum, only ten minutes away.

It’s a very enjoyable atmosphere in the house and I also like the area. I don’t study at the VetMed Uni like many other residents here, but the connection to the main university is really great and I can get to the city center quickly!”

Gina from Germany: „What I like best about STUWO is the possibility to move in here with my dog and that it is so close to Vetmed University. This means that I can always go home for lunchtime and walk my dog before I have to go back to the lectures. In addition to that, there are many leisure opportunities available here. I personally like to use the gym and the sauna when it’s very cold again in winter. For me it is really special to have something like that in a student residence.”
