At STUWO Smart Living Graz we have developed a new living concept: Let your creativity run free and design your unfurnished room in your two- or three-person apartment according to your wishes. Come with your friends and use the apartments as a student shared apartment! If you don’t feel like taking care of your furnishings, we also offer fully furnished single and double apartments, some with a balcony! A small kitchen is available in all living variants.

We offer you various living concepts: Choose between a unfurnished room (category B3) or a furnished room (category B2 and BD) in a two- or three-person apartment and enjoy the available small kitchen in each apartment category. Are you looking for even more privacy? Nothing easier than that: Just book our fully furnished single apartments (category A)!

At STUWO Smart Living Graz, apartments of various sizes are available to you, with furnished rooms and unfurnished rooms for you to freely furnish, equipped with a modern kitchenette in the anteroom (induction plate, flat extractor, multifunctional oven, microwave and fridge with freezer) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Of course, we also offer you fully furnished single apartments for you alone. You will find in them:

Location and surroundings

The student home STUWO Smart Living Graz is located near the FH Joanneum. You can reach the city center and all the education institutions in a short time by bike or public transportation which is located directly in front of the dorm. There you will find many trendy restaurants and bars. Also nearby is the main railway / train station. The Shopping Centre CityPark Graz invites you to shop in the neighborhood.

There are many other advantages, such as very friendly and helpful workers or our new garden in front of the house –the roof terrace by itself is more than incredible.
