Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

In the STUWO Student City Graz you will find only single rooms in two- or three-room apartments. Each one has a fully equipped integrated small kitchen in the anteroom (glass ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, refrigerator and sink) and a modern designer bathroom with toilette. Both you will share with your roommate only. Many apartments have direct access to the shared balcony!

The rooms are fully furnished. You will find in them:

Location and surroundings

Graz, known as the University City with lots of culture on offer, provides a solid public transportation system. The STUWO StudentCity Graz on Eggenberger Gürtel 71 is located between Graz Central Train Station (twelve minutes’ walk) and the City Park Shopping Centre (six minutes’ walk). Tram and Bus station are right in front of the student home. From here you reach the city center of Graz and its many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as all universities of the city by public transport, as well as by bike in a very short time.

The resident managers are Mrs. Lorenz and Mrs. Moser. They are very friendly, and they are always there if I need something.
