We stand for transparency – even with our prices! Everything is included in our all-in rent: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

Our dormitory in Innsbruck mainly offer single apartments with a bathroom and toilet but you can also find single rooms in a two-person apartment. The anteroom includes a kitchen (with microwave, cooktop, fridge, extractor fan and sink), a bathroom and a separate toilet, all of which you share only with your roommate!

Your apartment is fully furnished but you will still have enough space for individual design. You will find:

Location and surroundings

Our Innsbruck student home offers excellent access to public transport. The new student home is located very close to both the Campus–Technik and the Campus–Sport at Leopold-Franzens University. All other universities are also located within a short distance. The Vögelebichl bus stop will quickly take you to the centre of Innsbruck, where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants.

My single room is cosy, spacious and offers everything I need – especially the own bathroom. What I like the most at STUWO is that the rooms are well-equipped and that I have many additional services here (e.g. regular room cleaning, gym etc.). With these extras I can save time and I can concentrate on my studies. An important advantage of the dorm is that there is a shopping mall and a tram station nearby which takes you to the Main Library and the city centre within 15 minutes.”
