We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

At our student home in Krems we offer single apartments as well as single rooms in a two-person apartment – even with integrated small kitchen upon request. Afraid of being bored? Our meeting areas and free leisure activities will surely keep you entertained!

Location

Our student home is located directly at the Kirchliche Pädagogischen Hochschule in Krems and around two kilometers from the city center, where you’ll find many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. If you bike, you’ll be there in less than five minutes and if you prefer to walk, the train station is only ten minutes away. Connection to public transport is ideal, all universities and educational institutions can be reached within 30 minutes. There are additional public transport options in the morning!
