In 2015, we opened a modern student home and dorm located directly by the Agricultural Education Center Lambach (ABZ). At this location you’ll have your private apartment while enjoying all the free STUWO extras such as regular room cleaning and unlimited WLAN. Our small but elegant dormitory scores many points thanks to its very friendly atmosphere. Here, ABZ students have a direct entrance to the school grounds. Austrian riders pay attention! We offer a changing room with lockable cabinets as well as a laundry room for riding boots.

Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

The friendly single rooms in the three-person apartments are furnished and still offer enough space for individual design. The anteroom includes a kitchen (with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, extractor fan and sink) as well as a bathroom (with a shower, sink, mirror and storage box) and a separate toilet, which you share only with your roommates!

Location and surroundings

Our STUWO dormitory is centrally located on a peninsula directly on the river Traun, close to the ABZ campus in Lambach and very easy to reach by public transport. A pleasant ten-minute walk will take you to the train station. To find bars, restaurants or shops, all you must do is walk for five minutes and you’ll be in Lambach historical centre.
