We stand for transparency – also when it comes to our prices! Which is why our All-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, fiberglass internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as the fitness and spa rooms for free. The only exception is the laundry room.

Our student home in Linz offers mainly single apartments in different sizes, optionally with loggia or balcony. All apartments include an integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Particularly of interest for couples: our couple apartments with loggia. We also offer single apartments adapted to fit the needs of people with disabilities. Your apartment is fully furnished but also offers enough space for individual design ideas. We provide:

Our student home in Linz is located in the heart of the Uni quarter and very close to the University of Linz – only 4 minutes walking distance! At the same time, it is perfectly accessible by public transport: The FH Upper Austria Campus and the University Sports Institute are only a few minutes away. Nearby, the trams 1 and 2 have their stops, taking you right to the city center of Linz with a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
