Information about the dormitory

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

At our student home Donaufelder Straße you will find only single apartments with the STUWO quality seal of approval. The rooms are fashionably decorated and include both a private kitchen and a private bathroom. On request, the rooms can be combined and used as a small apartment.

The rooms are fully furnished and yet offer enough space to customize them according to your needs. You will find:

A short three-minute walk will take you from the STUWO student home Donaufelder Straße to the campus of the University of Veterinary Medicine (VU Vienna). The city center and all major universities can be easily and quickly reached by public transport (maximum 25 to 30 minutes). Forgot your bread or milk? No problem. After all, there are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. You can shop at the Donauzentrum, only ten minutes away.

Sarina from Berlin: “In October 2020 I moved from the STUWO Heim Dückegasse to the STUWO Donaufelder Straße. The main factor for my move was the proximity to VETMed and the fact that I have a dog. He is allowed to live here with me, you can even take your dogs to the university campus and the cleaning ladies get along well with the dog as well and I think that’s very important. ”
