**Grand Opening - 1st of October 2018** STUWO will open a new residence in Vienna

Marking October 2018, we will open our brand-new student residence at Triester Straße 40, 1100 Wien.
The premises is separated into 4 floors, offering a total of 285 new dwelling places – primarily single rooms in two-bedroom apartments – conforming to the eminent high STUWO-Standard. The fully furnished facilities, including an integrated kitchen unit in the anteroom, bathroom with a shower and lavatory offer extensive highly modern equipment. As a matter of course, the rooms also comprise warm water/heating and electricity, cable-TV, internet as well as steady cleaning. All of these features are included in the price.
We grant you freely usable sauna facilities, a gym and a music practice room. Located on the 4th room is the laundry room and just one level above, you will find the comfortably designed study lounge. On all floors, there are fully-featured communal kitchens and communication areas with access to the terraces, which offer a pleasant environment for even the longest dwell times.

Location and Surroundings

The new student residence is situated in a traffic-favourably position due to numerous means of transport in the near vicinity.
It will only take you 3 minutes to reach the tram-stop Knöllgase. Via the tram line 1 you can reach the University of Vienna within 20 minutes and the Technical University, located close to Karlsplatz, in only 15 minutes. Using the tram line 6, you can drive to Reumannplatz (change to subway line 1) and arrive at the FH Campus in a total of 20 minutes as well.
Another benefit is the very fortunate situation of the building to the railway station Matzleinsdorfer Platz (ca. 5 minutes’ walk), which offers connections to both the S-Bahn and remote buses. The new “Wiener Hauptbahhof” with the Subway station “Südtiroler Platz” is only one station away. From there, it will only take you 3 Stops (5 minutes) to reach the city core of Vienna, Stephansplatz.
Sudden need of Bread? No Problem! In the very same building of the dormitory are various shops. Vis-à-vis to the residence you can find the Martin-Luther-King-Park – indulge in what nature has to offer and don’t forget to take a book with you!

PLEASE NOTE! If booking via an agency or organisation (for example OeAD-WohnraumverwaltungsGmbH) or if closing a short term contract prices may differ!
Individual telephone charges and the expenses for the laundry machines have to be paid separately. The rooms are allocated by STUWO and applicants are not entitled to a specific room. Interest accured on deposits will be credited to the account of the students’ representation.
A non-recurring administration fee of EUR 90,-- has to be paid upon signing the contract.
Deposit: EUR 700,-- (maximal the amount of the double usage fee incl. VAT)
Final cleaning fee: EUR 89,-- (incl. VAT) - will be deducted from the mandatory deposit fee when moving out
You can ask for reduction of deposit to EURO 300,-- (incl. VAT) for second and further siblings to STUWO-residents!
