Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Functional and practical: In our student home STUWO Kenyongasse you will find bright, friendly and most importantly large single apartments or double rooms. In each apartment the bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror and a storage box.

Your apartment is fully furnished but you will still have enough space for individual design.

You will find:

Location and surroundings

Our STUWO dorm Kenyongasse (House Erasmus) is located in the immediate vicinity of the transport hub Burggasse / Stadthalle and Westbahnhof. From here you can easily reach many forms of public transportation including metro lines, tram lines and bus lines. The city center and the outer districts of Vienna are both within walking distance. The student home is also just two minutes away from Mariahilfer Straße, which offers many shopping and entertainment venues as well as bars and restaurants.

The staff is very friendly, everything is always clean, unless the students had a weekend party. The location in the city is also excellent. It’s cool because sometimes the resident manager cooks with us and teaches us how to make jam and Wiener Schnitzel. So I can tell my friends: Living and studying here is really good.”

Anna from Ukraine: ,,I love this dorm because it is very cozy and located right in the city. As a musician, it is very important to me that here is a rehearsal room where I can practice without disturbing anyone. We have a cozy lounge zone at the entrance with a coffee machine. It is very nice to sit there in the morning and have coffee. The laundry prices are reasonable for students. The kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable life. The staff is always very friendly and tries to resolve all matters as quickly as possible. The fitness room is directly in the house which is extremely practical. I think that students are offered a very high quality of life here.”
