We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

In STUWO Sonnenallee you will find single- or two-person apartments. The integrated small kitchen with microwave, hob, refrigerator, extractor and sink is directly in the room or in the adjoining anteroom (in two-room apartment). The bathroom with shower and toilet is available to you alone or you share it only with your roommate in a two-room apartment.

Our rooms are fully furnished. You will find in them:

Our student home is located directly in Seestadt Aspern and is perfectly connected to the public transport network: you can reach the metro station Seestadt in just three minutes on foot. From there you can be in the city centre of Vienna in a short time or at all major universities and colleges. The recreation area Seepark is also in the immediate vicinity, with its Asperner lake as well as numerous shopping facilities, bars and restaurants.

What I personally appreciate about the Seestadt Aspern is the unique location: quiet, relaxed, stress-free, no hectic rush to feel. There is also a good public connection, which takes you with the U2 in a leisurely 23 minutes, right to the city center (1st district) at Schottentor. From there you can reach all the surrounding universities and technical colleges.”
