Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

All apartments in our student home Spengergasse give assurance by a proven high STUWO quality. You share the anteroom as well as the bathroom and the toilet only with your roommate. Couples are also welcome. Just ask about our duplex apartments!

Our rooms are fully furnished. You will find:

Location and surroundings

The location of our student dorm in the 5th district of Vienna is very well connected to the public transport system. The universities nearby, especially the TU, can be comfortably and quickly reached by both public transport and bike. The metro lines U1 and U4 as well as the train station Matzleinsdorfer Platz are in the immediate vicinity of our student home. In the surrounding area you can also find numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

I was surprised, therefore at how quickly I became part of the community, almost all of whom live in my dorm. I can say for sure that living here is the most rewarding part of my student life.’
