We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

Our apartments are functional and furnished yet offer enough space to customize it to your needs. You share your bathroom (shower, sink, mirror, storage box) only with your roommate and there is a shared kitchen on every floor.

Tiring furniture towing was yesterday. Our rooms in the STUWO Strudlhofgasse are fully furnished. You will find in them:

Our STUWO student home in Strudlhofgasse, a quiet side street, is located close to numerous
universities, which you can easily reach on foot. In addition, the student home is perfectly connected to the public transportation system. In the area of STUWO Strudlhofgasse you will find many
shopping and entertainment facilities. Within a few minutes by bike or public transport you reach
Vienna’s most popular shopping malls, Kärtnerstrasse and Mariahilfer Straße, where you can also choose from a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Today I’m very happy about it, because the dorm is very well located and close to the city center. More contact with others Residents would be nice, but unfortunately this is a bit difficult due to Corona. Nevertheless, I have met a lot of people here and made some friends. ”
