Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

In our Villach student home, you will find only single rooms with bathroom and toilet as well as single rooms in two-person apartments. You share your kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, extractor and sink) and the bathroom (which has a separate toilet) only with your roommate. On request, the apartments can be used as a small flat.

Your apartment is fully furnished. You will find in it:

Location and surroundings

Our student home has the perfect location on the FH campus, only 4.5 kilometres away from the city centre. You can get to the university in just three minutes on foot. The building is also located next to the Drava River, on the Southern end of St. Magdalen. The area is well connected to public transport via bus lines 3 and 30. The city centre of Villach has many bars, restaurants and shops. You can also reach it by bike in just 15 minutes.
